Kids' Zone After School Club

Kids Zone – After School Club

Kids Zone is our After School Club for any child in Nursery to Year 6 at Waltham Holy Cross Primary Academy.

Kids Zone is aimed at providing child care facilities for parents in a setting where children feel valued, respected, stimulated and challenged.

The emphasis of the club is on physical activities. Weather permitting, the children play outside whenever possible.  There are several different zones including laptops and arts & crafts.  Parents/Carers are welcome to visit the club to view our facilities.

After School Club runs from 3:00pm to 6:00pm each school day and the cost is £8.00 per day for each child, increasing to £10.00 per day from 20 April 2020.  All payments must be made in advance using our online ParentMail system at least 24 hours in advance. We are unable to offer credit facilities, which means that only children who have a booked and paid for in advance place will be able to attend.

There will be no refund for booked sessions a child is unable to attend, as staff will already have been allocated. Parents/Carers will incur an additional charge if children are collected later than 6:00pm.

Parents/Carers are required to give one week’s written notice to withdraw their child from the After School Club.
